As from the day of delivery, consumers have a 14-day “cooling-off period” during which they can return their order, or part of it, without having to state a reason. Exceptions, however, include personalised products and custom-made items. The product may only be returned unused and in its undamaged original packaging.
Do you want to return the whole order? Items that have already been received by the customer may be sent back to the return address mentioned below. Beergiftsbelgium.be MCS nv. will refund the purchasing price in full. The dispatch costs for returning the goods are, however, borne by the customer/purchaser.
Also when part of the order is returned, the dispatch costs are at the charge of the customer/purchaser, as mentioned in the invoice address. The purchasing price of the returned part of the order will be paid back to the customer on to an account mentioned by the customer (IBAN account number). Dispatch costs are not refunded in such a case.
We recommend returning goods using bpost’s packet post (Belgium). For prices and details see www.bpost.be and on the Dutch or French page for private individuals, click “Pakketten” or “Paquets” respectively. Customers returning items from outside Belgium will need to use another transport company.
All returns and exchanges must be notified in writing to the webshop Beergiftsbelgium.be MCS nv. To do this, use the RETURN form. Please mention in the form your full name and the original MCS order number, as well as the articles to be returned. To improve our customer service and to serve our customers more quickly, we would very much appreciate knowing why the goods were returned. However, as stated in the law, this is not mandatory. We need an account number to be able to carry out the refund. Customers outside Belgium must mention their iBAN and their bank’s BIC/SWIFT number. The amount paid will be refunded within a maximum of 14 days of the return notification.
